Disclosure
Every paid placement on Citeley is tagged “Featured placement (paid)” on the article, in the schema.org markup, and — where applicable — in the URL parameters. Editorial selections (the unpaid majority) are tagged “Editorial selection”. The footer of every list article carries a disclosure block.
Conflicts of interest
No member of the editorial team holds equity in any brand we cover. Personal relationships are disclosed to the editor; if material, the writer is reassigned. We do not accept gifts, meals, or travel from brands we are evaluating. We pay for everything we review.
Corrections
When we get something wrong — a fact, a figure, an attribution — we correct it on the article, log it in our public corrections register, and (if material) re-issue the article's schema.org block. We do not silently edit; the change is dated.

AI usage policy
Citeley uses AI for tooling — research, fact-checking, schema generation, citation monitoring. Citeley does not use AI to write the articles themselves. Every published piece is drafted and edited by a working journalist.
Refund policy
If we accept your submission and later decide editorially that we cannot place your brand in any of our planned articles, we issue a full refund within 14 days. If we publish but your article sees zero tracked AI citations within 90 days, Spotlight tier and above receive a follow-up piece at no additional cost.
Right of reply
Brands mentioned critically in any Citeley article have a right of reply. We will append their response to the article — verbatim, attributed, dated — within 7 days of receipt.
